Clinical Psychologist

With 30 years of experience as a clinical psychologist, I have successfully treated children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Each person who enters my office is interesting and unique, so I encourage the development of strategies to make best use of one's individual strengths so they can successfully manage life's obstacles.

Clinical Psychology

As a licensed clincial psychologist, I treat people of all ages for a wide range of issues, including: adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, divorce, learning disabilities, attention deficit disorders, dyslexia, and executive function disorders. I provide diagnostic testing and evaluation to properly identify mental disorders, create a course of successful treatment, and follow-up.

I work one-on-one as well as with groups; I have been contracted by both public and private prepartory schools to provide treatment for students, and families. I also work with families during the divorce process, incorporating education, co-parenting strategies, conflict management, parent reunification, and when necessary, custody studies, in order to make the transition process as smooth as possible..

Positive Psychology Coach

Founded by researcher Martin Seligman, PhD, positive psychology is the scientific study of what makes life most worth living and focuses on life's positive events and influences.

Through the use of positive psychology I offer coaching services to help people find their strengths and use them to achieve their goals and ambitions. In this process, coach and client build a co-relationship, deriving from support and guidance. This is ideal for those who are creative, resourceful and whole, who are ready to take life to the next level.

Coaching can help people of all ages! As a certified coach I have helped adolescents manage the stress of navigating school and academic performance, professionals gain tools for maximizing productivity, and those verging on retirement to build skills to successfully cope with transition.

I'm here to help!
